I saw "her" yesterday. Hubby and I went up to the hockey game with our
oldest and her fiance. Before we went to the mall and Lowes to pick up a
couple things we needed. And I saw "her" You know her. That really
fit woman you see in her yoga pants and t-shirt and she looks amazing.
It was really REALLY warm here lately. Like nearly 70 in Feb, in Iowa.
So everyone was in t-shirts yesterday and a few people had their capris
and such on. A few, yoga pants. Now I see ladies in yoga pants or
leggings everyday. But you just don't see "her' everyday. That lady
who is really into fitness. You can actually see her muscles in her
legs, her glutes are nice and firm. You could see nice firm arms, and I
bet if she flexed them, she'd have some nice muscle show up.
Seeing "her" made me really want to get into that sort of shape. Or at
least get a hell of a lot closer than I am now. I need to buckle down a
little more with my eating. Been slacking a little this week. I need
to track it better, and really ensure I get my protein and keep the
carbs under control.
I ordered some more food containers. Somehow we have about 2000 lids
that fit nothing. And maybe 4 containers with lids. Ok, slight
exaggeration, but really. We have far more lids than containers. I
take a couple meals with me to work, I need to eat a couple times in 12+
hours, so I need containers. And now I will have some new ones. Here's what I ordered from Amazon:
Here's the link where you can get them :

My home gym is coming along. We got stuff to put in between the garage
stalls so the water won't seep in. Sometimes in the winter, if I have a
lot of snow on my car, when it melts water seeps under the stall.
Well, once we, or rather my sweet hubby, gets that put on, that won't
happen. Then we can look for stall mats to put in, and then start
moving all my stuff in. Its gonna take some time to get it all moved,
but it will be worth it.
Then comes the hard part, figuring out what program to use. There are so many on Bodybuilding.com
and everywhere else all over the internet. And I have a few books with
programs I could follow too. I just need to pick one and do it!
