Making fitness plans through the end of the year

Ok, so it took me all FREAKING summer but I finally managed to lose 5lbs.  All summer. 

And I want to keep that going.  Cause hey 5lbs lost in 4months is still better than no weight lost, and miles ahead of 5lbs gained.  


So in the month of Sept, cause I've been struggling a little, ok a lot, I did something.  I took the month and gathered info.  Things like my average step counts,  how many calories I actually eat, and what I can eat and still lose weight.  I went through the fitness books/programs I have collected over the last few decades.   Yes, I've had a few books, like Body for Life, forever. 

So now I'm going to increase my average step count up 250 a month until I'm up to averaging 10,000 a day.    I also have set my calorie count in My Fitness Pal.

And I've decided to do this program:
I'm going to do a couple weeks of the breakin workout, then Fat Loss 1 and Fat Loss 2.   I did that program several years ago and I lost inches, weight and got quite a bit stronger.  So why not do that again.

I've got my 10lbs weight loss goal set up, and my 15lbs weight loss goal set up, and I can't wait to get to that point so I can get them!
