Time to get a couple more things for my home gym. Now these may not be the exact things I buy, but they represent what I'm planning on buying.
First, a hyperextention bench. Hyperextenstions work your glutes and lower back. I want my ass to NOT fall down around my knees, and well, you know what they call a nurse without back pain? A liar. I don't usually have back pain, so lets work those muscles to prevent any back pain.
Here's what I'm looking at,
Then second, a pull up tower. I want to do pull ups if it kills me. Period. Even if I only manage to eeek out one, I want to say I did a pull up. And trying to use my barbell up high is not a good sub. It wiggles, which sort of freaks me out. So I need a pull up tower.
This probably won't be what I buy, but its one I'm looking at.
So I'm going to be getting back to heavy weight lifting next week. And I'll be working towards obtaining my goal of doing ONE PULL UP. And the everlasting goal of building a butt, and keeping up where butts belong.
So there it is. Things for my gym I want to buy. I can get these while still saving up for that new fridge that I want.
And I'll hopefully look better and feel better and be healthier with these. Makeup, I'll just look better lol
