So I have a confession. I fell off the fitness wagon, ok, I jumped, then was ran over. But, thankfully, it stopped, and tomorrow I can drag my fat carcass back on. I'm feeling very bloated. I mean BLOATED. Ate way to much crap over the weekend at the Nascar race. And I feel slightly dehydrated too. It was only 73 degrees, cloudy and a little misty for Saturdays race. But today, it was 87, sunny, sunny and sunny. And windy. I don't think I drank enough during the race, to now I'm downing a bunch of water. I also might have gotten a little pink on my nose. No lectures. I put SPF 60 on at the beginning of my day, then put on SPF100 at the track. I also had a hat on to help block the rays. But I'm pale pale pale, and well, that's what you get.
I'm going to be filming my unexpected haul video really soon, then editing and posting it tomorrow. I'm kind of excited to finally get to open up my stuff. I've been saving opening it up until I film. I want to play with my stuff!!!
I'm going to Crossfit if it kills me! I missed it last week and I really want to go . And that will help with the bloating. And make me so SO sore. And I'm going to love every freaking minute of it!
Back to juicing and tracking calories tomorrow also. I was bad with food choices and now its time to get back on that wagon. I feel so very blah, and fat right now. UGH! Drink plenty of water, eat healthy for me food tomorrow, and I'll feel so much better this time tomorrow.
