Beauty, aka my slight makeup addiction, and health, something I'm trying to improve on.
I've gotten slightly back into Crossfit. I was into it a couple years ago, and was also 25lbs lighter than I am now. Sigh. A bad job, and to much stress and not going to Crossfit, thanks to my bad job and its hours, lead to my getting fatter again. UGH!
I've sank myself into eating, and doing nothing for fitness. Bad move. Really bad move. Then I got into makeup bloggers and You Tubers. Increased my makeup collection by two times, at least lol.
Then it hit me. WTF am I doing with all this make up when I do not look good in clothes, and even worse naked. My sex life is suffering, cause I'm fat and out of shape.
So, I decided to get back into Crossfit. This month, I'm only going to go 8 time. Break in slow. I went last Fri and was sore for 3 days. I'm going tomorrow. I hope I'm not nearly as sore, but I probably will be.
