No Crossfit tonight SIGH

I only signed up for 2 classes a week, but man, I'm feeling so good when I get done, well, after the feeling like I'm dying and I need the crash cart handy, I feel AMAZING! 

Next month, I'm gonna go for the unlimited!   YEP!  Gonna kick ass, or get mine kicked into shape.

I've lost a pound.  I know that doesn't sound like much, but I in perimenopause, and well that's a time in a woman's life where it can be so hard to lose weight.   So a pound for me is a great thing! 

I've almost decided what my reward will be for hitting my goals 
The Morphe 35U pallet, or maybe the
Morphe 35B  Both are so pretty!  I've got a few Morphe pallets already and really love them.

Today before work I'm going to hit the YMCA and do some walk/running.  I need to work on improving my cardio capacity. I know increasing that will help me with my WODs.  My biggest problem is gasping for air.  I'll get back there again, I know I will!
