What a night, and a first impression of Makeup Forever stick foundation

I was right when I thought it would be a rough night. It was in spades.  Long, busy, with a patient that decided she thought breathing was getting to hard to do on her own.  Ended up on a ventilator at the end of my shift.  We hope that in a day or two when she can rest up and let the antibiotics work, she'll be able to come off the vent and be ok.  I hope so.

I've got 4 days off. Well I picked up a half shift at the nursing home I do a little PRN work at tomorrow, but for the most part, I have 4 days off.  I think I'm going to need them.  I was just so freaking tired today.  I mean just tired, that bone tired, have trouble staying awake while I ate breakfast tired.  So I was bad and skipped Crossfit today.  I do feel bad about it, but I think I needed the rest.

I wore a new foundation last night.  The Make Up Forever Ultra HD Cover stick foundation.  Its a lot more expensive than my last foundation, but I want to cover both high end and pricier stuff.  Its $43 on Sephora when I picked it up a week or so ago. Here's what it looks like.

I had it on about 15 hours, between my almost 12 hour day plus the 40 min drive to and 40 min drive home for work.  I only saw a little settling into the lines on my forehead, and that was probably due to my facial expressions during the night. See the first paragraph.  Anyway, it also stayed on pretty good, or so I thought when I looked this morning.  Of course, I must admit, that due to be being really tired, I didn't give it much of a look before washing my makeup off and going to bed.  Maybe next week I'll have a better review.   Maybe on Sun evening I'll film a full review.

I'll be posting a new You Tube video today.  I had one partially filmed, but when editing it, I thought it looked pretty crappy, so I'm going to redo it, and maybe find a better place to film.

I hope everyone is doing well, I hope you all have a great weekend, and hope your lives are filled with love and laughter.
